Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Football Kitchen subscriptions work, how to pause or cancel, and the notice periods required. By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to the terms below.
1. Subscription Overview
Football Kitchen operates on a flexible subscription model designed around football training and match schedules.
- Subscriptions renew automatically based on your selected plan (Weekly or Every 4 Weeks).
- Payment is taken automatically from your saved method at the start of each new cycle.
2. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your plan via the Player Portal. You may:
- Update Meals: Change your meal selection for future, unpaid deliveries.
- Skip a Week: You may skip the upcoming billing cycle (pause for 7 days) if you are away or have no fixtures.
- Cancel: Turn off auto-renewal entirely.
Note: All changes must be made before your scheduled payment date.
3. Order Locking & Cut-Offs
To ensure our kitchen runs efficiently, we operate on a "Payment = Lock" system.
- Your order is confirmed and locked the moment your payment is successfully processed.
- Once payment has been taken, the order immediately enters our production schedule.
- Paid orders cannot be amended, skipped, or cancelled.
We recommend making any changes to your meal preferences or delivery status at least 24 hours before your scheduled billing date to ensure they are saved.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription (turn off auto-renewal) at any time through your account dashboard.
- Before Payment: If you cancel before your payment date, you will not be charged again, and no further meals will be sent.
- After Payment: If you cancel after a payment has been processed, that specific order is already locked and will still be delivered. Your cancellation will take effect for the following cycle.
- Pre-Paid Plans (4-Week): If you are on a 4-week plan and cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to receive the remaining weeks you have already paid for. The subscription will not renew once those weeks are completed.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We will attempt to retry the payment automatically.
- If payment cannot be collected, your order will not be prepared.
- You can manually retry payment via your portal to unlock your delivery for the week.
6. Refunds
Because meals are freshly prepared to order:
- We do not offer refunds for orders cancelled after payment has been processed (the "Locked" stage).
- Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion if there is a confirmed issue with your delivery (e.g. missing items or quality concerns).
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
7. Delivery Issues
If a delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address details provided by you
- Missed delivery (driver unable to access property)
- Refusal of delivery
Football Kitchen cannot guarantee a refund, as the meals were prepared and dispatched as requested.
8. Changes to This Policy
Football Kitchen may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website and apply to future orders only.
