Once an order has passed the cut-off time and entered preparation, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless paused or cancelled
• You may manage your subscription through your online account
• Changes must be made before the stated weekly cut-off

If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or lack of access, refunds are not guaranteed.
